Shining a light on Mount Hebron Cemetery and The Legacy Foundation, including research of those buried there.

Adam Ginsberg is the President of Cedar Grove Cemetery Association in Queens which consists of two cemeteries - a nonsectarian cemetery called Cedar Grove and a Jewish cemetery called Mount Hebron. Adam serves as a board member at a number of local cemeteries in New York, as well as for the Metropolitan Cemetery Association and New York State Association of Cemeteries. Adam founded The Legacy Foundation in 2019 in an effort to create educational, cultural programming and community outreach at Mount Hebron Cemetery. Deirdre Poulos is the Director of the Legacy Foundation at Mount Hebron. I began working with Mount Hebron nearly twenty years ago. Since she began working with the Cemeteries, she has been a part of the ownership department, which assists families with legal issues pertaining to right of burial. For the last six years, she has been actively involved in the Legacy Foundation and Mount Hebron Cemetery. She works with researchers, coordinates events at the Cemetery and manages all website and social media for The Legacy Foundation.
